I would like to start therapy, how do I go about it?

You can start with a consultation session with our clinical psychologist. During the consultation session, the psychologist will provide you with more information on your mental health status and a treatment plan.

Do you have physical sessions?

Yes, we do. We have locations on the mainland in Yaba and on the island in Victoria Island.

Do you offer couple’s therapy?

No, we don't, but we can recommend reputable professionals in that field.

Do you take children as clients?

No, we do not at the moment but we can recommend suitable professionals in the field.

What time are the therapists available?

To know what times our therapists are available, you can access their calendars at www.ndidi.me. Select a virtual or physical therapy session and their calendar will pop up. To access Amanda Iheme's availability, send an email to support@ndidi.me.

I think I have ADHD, can I get a diagnosis and treatment?

Yes, you can. Order our diagnostic assessment with us by going to www.ndidi.me and selecting the diagnostic and virtual therapy package.

I want to know a little more about the diagnostic assessment package.

It entails a diagnostic assessment session with Dr Tiwatayo (our consultant psychiatrist) and a psychotherapy session with your assigned psychologist.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we do. We give out discounts occasionally and we announce them through our Instagram page and in our monthly newsletter. To access discounts, follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter.

What do I do if I can't afford to pay at once?

We offer instalment payments on specific packages. To find out more, send us an email to support@ndidi.me.

Do you provide mental health care for LGBTQ+ people? 🌈

Yes, we do and our clinical team is trained to provide mental health care and support to people irrespective of their gender, sexuality, religious or political beliefs or inclinations.

Since I booked for a session in December, is it best if I pay closer to the time or now?

It is best you pay now to reserve the time. We have a 48-hour holding period for bookings. Bookings that are unpaid after 48 hours are cancelled.

What's the step/process of the diagnostic assessment?

The diagnostic assessment session has the following steps: History Taking, Mental State Examination, Conversation about your presenting symptoms, Psychological Testing if necessary, Elucidation of your diagnosis, and Recommendation of treatment.

I need help with my mental health, but I cannot afford therapy right now. What do I do?

That's okay. You can visit our wellness store to access a variety of mental health tools and materials ranging from N300 to N3500 that can help you cope with anxiety, learn to love yourself, and build your self-esteem. You can also visit our Youtube and Instagram pages or subscribe to our newsletter. We share lots of helpful and educational content regularly on these platforms.

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can do either. Since scheduling an appointment involves reserving time specifically for you, a minimum of 24 hours (1 day) notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. The total fee will be charged for sessions that are missed without such notification and a fee of ₦9500 will be paid for rescheduling missed appointments.
