Location is no barrier to care as we offer both physical and virtual consultation and psychotherapy sessions.

Our vision is to provide and increase access to quality mental health care, and access to information that can help people improve their mental and emotional health thus promoting healthier families and communities in Nigeria and Africa.

Our mission is to offer warm, non-judgemental mental healthcare that is tailored to meet the needs of our clients, private and corporate, in Nigeria and Africa.

We seek to provide psychological and psychiatric interventions that are based on empirical research combined with clinical training and experience and collaboration with other mental health professionals.

We understand that delays, errors and misunderstandings can occur and be frustrating to experience. However, we have always listened to your feedback and committed to providing support in a respectful and timely manner.

Just as we conduct our business with the utmost level of professionalism and consideration, we also ask that you return the favour. We will not tolerate disrespectful behaviour towards our team, which includes: Yelling, The use of abusive language, Threats of violence towards our staff , Threats of defamation towards the business, Use of obscenities or other non-verbal expression of aggression, Bullying or Humiliation.

We have the legal rights to deny service, or cease to provide support to anyone who disrespects the practice or it’s staff. Even though we hope situations like these may not arise, we will not hesitate to take legal action.
