Our Employee Assistance Program

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a selection of carefully curated services designed to provide mental health care and assistance to your workforce at affordable rates. We have mental health packages that can help improve the working and personal lives of your organization’s staff.

Private Therapy Session

Private psychotherapy sessions are provided to staff members at a frequency agreed upon between NDỊDỊ and the organisation.

Private Lecture

Our private lectures will educate your staff on mental health and healthy coping mechanisms. Subjects covered may include emotional intelligence, mental health first aid, work-life balance etc.

Staff Orientation

At the beginning of the EAP, we recommend an in-person introduction session with your staff which will make them receptive to the program and provide an avenue to answer any questions they might have.

Conflict Resolution

Conflict among staff members is inevitable and can affect the productivity of the organisation. The goal of this service is to reconcile opposing arguments in a manner that protects and respects all parties’ rights and views.

Newsletter

Every month, we collaborate with the appropriate department within your organisation to write and send newsletters to your staff on mental health care topics, human psychology and mental illness.

Support and Follow Up

Staff members who require care beyond what the EAP provides such as hospital care or drug therapy, will be referred to hospitals for professional care. Their case will be monitored and updates will be provided to the organisation.

Consultation Session

Our consultation services utilise observations and non-identifying information from sessions which are solely related to the organisation to assist departments and managers in making their spaces conducive for work, supporting staff members, or helping with decision-making.

Quarterly/Annual Report

Depending on your preferred timeline, we send a detailed report on the utilisation of the service and provide suggestions/recommendations for improving employee welfare and organisational growth.
